Detchant farmhouse bed & breakfast makes an excellent
base from which to explore all that North Northumberland
has to offer the visitor. Cycling, trekking, bird watching,
golf and visits to historic sites are only a few of
the activities available. Belford, Bamburgh, Seahouses,
Holy Island (Lindisfarne), Berwick-upon-Tweed and Scottish
Borders are all close by.
A wide choice of breakfast is available to suit everyone's
taste using locally produced ingredients. The farm
has it's own free range hens under the RSPCA's 'Freedom
Foods' scheme. |

We offer three comfortable recently refurbished rooms;
one twin room and two double rooms. Each room has TV, hair
dryers and tea and coffee making facilities.
One double room has private facilities and the other is
en-suite both looking over rolling farmland.
The twin room is en-suite with the most fantastic, uninterrupted view to the coast and Lindisfarne (Holy Island)
